FCOP International is a Christian ministry dedicated to spreading the Gospel through meeting urgent needs and doing good deeds to bring holistic health to hurting and oppressed people.

Ted and Sou Olbrich founded FCOP International in 1999. They had served as senior pastors in America for 15 years before answering the call to become country missionaries to Cambodia. Shortly after arriving in country, two orphaned babies whose parents both died of AIDS were brought to their doorstep.

They were brought by a neighbor who happened to be the first Christian convert through the Olbrich’s ministry. She didn’t know what else to do as Cambodia was still recovering from years of war and there were no governmental child services. The woman brought the two children to the Olbrich’s simply saying, “You’re Christian. You have to take care of them. You can’t let them die”.

Ted and Sou took them in and thus began their mission to rescue and care for orphaned and separated children; to give them love and a chance for a better life. What started as one act of compassion has blossomed into a country-wide ministry with over 100 refuge centers caring for over 2500+ orphans and separated children today. Since 1999, more than 25,000 children have been rescued and given a new opportunity to live and grow in safety and security.

Our approach

Our Mission

Rescue and care for homeless orphans and separated children.

We fight against human trafficking, child-slavery and the breaking up of families by feeding, housing, clothing and educating homeless children who would otherwise be targeted by child-predators. We provide safe harbor in our refuge centers and assist destitute widows by employing them as care givers for the children.

To see children saved, healed and delivered. Free from bondage, free from hurt and pain, free to live life without fear of tomorrow.

Expressing the love of Jesus Christ through acts of compassion and holistic care, we seek to bring His healing and hope to the hurt and broken children, ravaged by the loss of family.
